Refund policy

We want you to love your Madison James piece. Demi-fine jewelry, including items from the Charm Parlor, Archive Collection, and Fortune Collection, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided the piece is eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with jewelry box, dust bag, and card insert (its original packaging). You’ll also need proof of purchase. If failure to include the listed items, returns will be denied. The 30-day return period starts on the day of delivery. Due to limited stock, we do not offer exchanges. Refund only. If you're interested in another product, you will have to start another order for that product.

FINE JEWELRY/ CUSTOM JEWELRY/ LUXURY JEWELRY MADE TO ORDER

Our fine jewelry is thoughtfully made to order and, in many cases, created specifically for you. Because these pieces are produced specifically for an individual client, all fine jewelry, custom orders, and made-to-order jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom-designed jewelry

Bespoke pieces

Personalized jewelry

Made-to-order fine jewelry

Made-to-order jewelry listed on our website including made-to-order demi fine jewelry.

Pieces created with specifically requested gemstones, metals, dimensions, or specifications.

If you cancel your order on fine jewelry, luxury made to order jewelry, or custom jewelry within 8 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 8 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done on the design process. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 8 hours.

You can always contact us for any return question. To start a return on all other pieces, you can contact us at contact@madisonjames.online.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. MADAE by Madison James is not responsible for damaged or defective items beyond the 30 day refund window.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please make sure to read all product details on sale items before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any fine jewelry, custom orders, or made-to-order jewelry, including:

Custom-designed jewelry
Bespoke pieces
Personalized jewelry
Made-to-order fine jewelry
Made-to-order jewelry listed in the luxury jewelry collection on our website
Pieces created with specifically requested gemstones, metals, dimensions, or specifications.
Sale items and gift cards
Earring of the month club jewelry

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Refund only once the piece is returned and inspected.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@madisonjames.online.
